Thermal imaging cameras

  • Thermal Imagers are thermal imaging cameras designed for accurate temperature distribution analysis in technical diagnostics. In automotive, motorcycle, and heavy-duty (HD) repair, thermal imagers are used to quickly detect overheating, friction-related issues, electrical faults, and cooling system problems without disassembly.

Thermal imaging tools are widely applied for diagnostics of engines, braking systems, bearings, gearboxes, exhaust systems, electrical wiring, batteries, generators, and control units, especially under load. Thermal imaging allows early identification of uneven heat distribution and potential failures.

In addition to auto, moto, and HD repair, thermal cameras are used for electrical inspections, industrial maintenance, building heat loss analysis, insulation checks, and HVAC system diagnostics.

Depending on the model, thermal imager devices differ in temperature measurement range, thermal resolution, sensitivity, color palettes, image overlay (IR + visible) functions, and data analysis capabilities.
