Purchase Terms
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter – the Terms) establish the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions of purchasing goods, payment, delivery, returns, and other matters related to purchases in the online store.
1.2. By purchasing goods in the online store, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and other information provided in the online store and agrees to comply with them.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall come into force from the moment they are published in the online store.
2. Conclusion of the Sale–Purchase Agreement
2.1. The sale–purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order in the online store after ознакомившись with these Terms.
3. Seller’s Rights
3.1. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation, stability, or security of the online store or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend access to the online store without prior warning.
4. Seller’s Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services of the online store in accordance with these Terms.
4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer using the selected delivery method in accordance with these Terms.
4.3. If due to unforeseen circumstances the Seller cannot deliver the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the sale–purchase agreement after informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 14 calendar days.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are returned to the Seller.
4.6. Refunds shall be made using the same payment method that the Buyer used when making the payment.
5. Buyer’s Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Terms.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance sale–purchase agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the goods.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right specified in clause 5.2 only if the goods have not been damaged, their appearance has not substantially changed, and the goods have not been used.
5.4. The Buyer bears the return costs for quality goods, while the Seller bears the return costs for defective goods. Goods must be returned to: Stonės g. 64, Mazūriškiai, Klaipėdos district, LT-92378, Lithuania.
6. Buyer’s Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for the purchased goods and accept them in accordance with these Terms.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without valid reasons, the Buyer must cover the return costs upon the Seller’s request.
6.3. During delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and goods together with the courier or delivery person.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms agreement with these Terms and undertakes to comply with them.
7. Product Prices
7.1. All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) including VAT unless stated otherwise.
7.2. Delivery fees are added separately to the total order amount and displayed before confirming the order.
7.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to already placed and paid orders.
8. Ordering Goods
8.1. The Buyer selects goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the cart, the Buyer provides the information necessary for order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and other required information.
8.2. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and submits the order.
8.3. All payments are processed securely in euros (EUR).
8.4. After successful payment, the Buyer receives an order confirmation by email.
8.5. Information regarding personal data processing, storage, customer rights, and cookies is provided in the separate “Privacy Policy” page.
9. Payment Terms
9.1. Bank Transfer
9.1.1. The Buyer may pay by direct bank transfer using the Seller’s bank details provided after placing the order.
9.1.2. The Buyer is recommended to indicate the order number in the payment reference.
9.1.3. Order processing begins only after payment is received.
9.1.4. If the Buyer does not pay for the order within 3 calendar days, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
9.2. Electronic Banking
9.2.1. Payments can be made using the following electronic banking systems:
• Swedbank;
• SEB;
• Luminor;
• Revolut;
• Citadele;
• Artea.
9.2.2. After selecting a bank, the Buyer is redirected to the bank’s electronic banking system to confirm the payment.
9.2.3. After successful payment, the Buyer is automatically returned to the online store.
9.3. Klix Payments
9.3.1. The Buyer may pay using the Klix payment system directly from their bank account.
9.3.2. Klix payment services are provided in accordance with applicable European Union payment security requirements.
9.4. Payment by Bank Cards
9.4.1. Payments can be made using the following bank cards:
• VISA;
• Mastercard;
• Maestro.
9.4.2. Payments are processed using secure payment systems.
9.4.3. The payment amount is charged immediately after payment confirmation.
9.5. Klix “Pay by Card”
9.5.1. The Buyer may pay using VISA and Mastercard payment cards through the Klix system.
9.5.2. Klix card payment systems comply with PCI DSS security standards.
9.6. Leasing and Payment in Installments
9.6.1. Inbank Leasing
9.6.1.1. The Buyer may choose to purchase goods in installments using Inbank financing services.
9.6.1.2. Financing conditions:
• cart amount from €100 to €10,000;
• repayment term up to 72 months;
• agreements may be concluded by persons aged 18 or older;
• down payment optional.
9.6.2. MOKI3
9.6.2.1. The Buyer may choose the MOKI3 payment method and pay for goods within 3 months according to the service provider’s terms.
10. Delivery of Goods
10.1. General Provisions
10.1.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when ordering goods.
10.1.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, the Buyer may not raise claims regarding delivery to the wrong person.
10.1.3. The Seller delivers goods according to the terms specified in the product descriptions.
10.2. Delivery Methods
10.2.1. Goods are delivered within Lithuania and abroad.
10.2.2. Available delivery methods:
• Omniva parcel lockers;
• LP Express parcel lockers;
• DPD parcel lockers;
• courier delivery;
• bus parcel services;
• pickup in Klaipėda by prior arrangement.
10.3. Delivery Terms
10.3.1. If the product is in stock:
• Lithuania: 1–3 business days;
• bus parcel delivery: 1–2 business days;
• abroad: 5–15 business days.
10.3.2. If the product is out of stock, the preliminary delivery term may be up to 20 business days.
10.3.3. The final delivery term is calculated based on the product preparation time and selected delivery method.
10.3.4. In exceptional circumstances or force majeure situations, delivery terms may be extended.
10.4. Delivery Costs
10.4.1. Delivery costs depend on:
• shipment weight;
• delivery location;
• selected delivery method.
10.4.2. Delivery prices start from €2.49.
10.4.3. The exact delivery price is provided during checkout.
10.5. Shipment Tracking
10.5.1. After dispatch, the Buyer receives a shipment tracking number.
10.5.2. Information regarding shipment dispatch is provided by email and/or SMS message.
10.6. Additional Delivery Information
10.6.1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
10.6.2. Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer is advised to inspect its condition.
10.6.3. Any visible damage must be reported to the courier and the Seller.
10.6.4. If the shipment is not collected and returned to the Seller, repeated delivery may incur additional charges.
11. Product Returns
11.1. Return of Quality Goods
11.1.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.
11.1.2. Returned goods must be:
• unused;
• undamaged;
• with preserved commercial appearance;
• in original neat packaging;
• in the same configuration as received;
• with proof of purchase or order number.
11.1.3. The Seller has the right to refuse returned goods or apply a reduction in value if these return conditions are not met.
11.1.4. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
11.1.5. These conditions do not apply when returning defective goods.
11.2. Return Procedure
11.2.1. To return goods, the Buyer must contact the Seller and provide:
• order number;
• product name;
• date of receipt;
• reason for return if the product is defective.
11.2.2. Goods must be returned to:

11.2.3. The Buyer covers the return costs for quality goods.
11.2.4. The Seller covers the return costs for defective or incorrectly delivered goods.
11.3. Refunds
11.3.1. Refunds are made no later than within 14 calendar days from receiving the returned goods.
11.3.2. Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
11.3.3. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods are received.
11.3.4. If only part of the order is returned, delivery costs may not be refunded or may be refunded only proportionally to the returned goods.
11.4. Defective Goods
11.4.1. If the Buyer receives defective, damaged, or incomplete goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller as soon as possible.
11.4.2. When contacting the Seller, it is recommended to provide:
• order number;
• product name;
• description of the defect, damage, or missing part;
• photos or other evidence if possible.
11.4.3. Defects in goods are resolved, goods are replaced, or refunds are issued in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
11.5.1. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in cases provided for in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.5.2. The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
• goods manufactured according to the Buyer’s individual requirements;
• software, diagnostic equipment, or electronic devices that have been activated, linked to a user account, registered in the manufacturer’s system, connected to a vehicle diagnostic system, or otherwise started to be used;
• other cases provided for by law.
12. Legal Entities
12.1. The 14-day withdrawal right applies only to consumers.
12.2. This right does not apply to legal entities unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
13. Final Provisions
13.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
13.2. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations.
