Privacy Policy
1. KEY TERMS
1.1. Company or Data Controller – MB MAJOMA, a small partnership established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, legal entity code 306697484, registered address Reikjaviko g. 10-14, LT-94253 Klaipėda.
1.2. Client or Data Subject – a natural person who is a client of the Company (including website visitors) whose personal data is collected by the Company.
1.3. Online Store – the Company's online store at www.obddiags.com.
1.4. Services – all services provided by the Company.
1.5. Personal Data – any information related to a natural person (Data Subject) whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified using such data as a personal code, one or more characteristics of physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural, or social nature.
1.6. Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed on personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, classification, grouping, linking, modification (supplementation or correction), provision, disclosure, use, logical and/or arithmetic operations, search, dissemination, destruction, or any other operation or set of operations.
1.7. Partner – a legal entity providing services to the Company related to its business activities, selling goods to the Company, or participating in joint projects with the Company, including but not limited to marketing campaigns, joint sales initiatives, loyalty programs, etc., in media, websites, the Online Store, retail stores, shopping networks, and others.
1.8. Cookie – a small piece of text-based information that is automatically created while browsing the website and stored on the visitor's computer or other device.
1.9. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at offering goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone, or other direct means and/or inquiring about their opinions on the offered goods or services.
1.10. Privacy Policy – this document defining the principles and rules of personal data processing when using the Online Store's services.
1.11. Account – the primary Client login details for the Online Store, consisting of an email address and a Password.
1.12. Password – a unique combination of numbers, letters, or other symbols created by the Client, which allows access to the Online Store.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The Client grants the Company the right to perform all personal data processing actions as specified in this Privacy Policy to the extent and for the purposes stated.
2.2. Personal data is processed following the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating personal data processing and protection, as well as this Privacy Policy.
2.3. The Company processes personal data based on the following principles:

Personal data is adequate and only to the extent necessary for collection and further processing.

The Client's personal data and personal information will not be used for unlawful purposes.
2.4. By purchasing in the Online Store, the Client is deemed to have read and agreed to the current version of the Privacy Policy. If the Client does not agree with any part of the Privacy Policy, they must not place an order or purchase goods in the Online Store.
2.5. The Privacy Policy is available in the Online Store and can be printed at any time. The Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, or updated at the Company's discretion. The new version of the Privacy Policy is published in the Online Store.
2.6. The Client can place an order in the Online Store without registration or by registering an Account in the Online Store.
2.7. When registering an Account in the Online Store, the Client must provide their email address, create a secure Password, and provide accurate Personal Data. The Client is responsible for its accuracy. Upon creating an Account, the Client is assigned an identification code.
2.8. While using the Services or purchasing in the Online Store, the Client must always provide accurate Personal Data and is responsible for its correctness.
2.9. The Client has the right to change or supplement Personal Data in the Account at any time or request the deletion of the Account by contacting the Online Store.
2.10. The Client must not disclose the Password to third parties and must keep it secure. Otherwise, all related liability rests with the Client.
3. COLLECTION, USE, CORRECTION, AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The Company respects each Client's right to privacy. The Client's Personal Data (such as name, surname, email address, phone number, product/service delivery address, age/date of birth, payment details, purchase history, and, with the Client's consent, gender, residence) is collected and processed for the following purposes:

E-commerce purposes (name, surname, email, phone number, delivery address, age/date of birth, IP address, payment details) – stored for 5 years from the last login to the Online Store.

Direct marketing purposes (name, surname, phone number, email, address, age, gender, date of birth, residence) – stored for 5 years from the last login to the Online Store.
3.2. The Client may consent to the processing of their Personal Data for Direct Marketing purposes. If the Client later withdraws this consent, the Company will stop processing the Client's data for Direct Marketing and will not send any marketing messages except for order-related information.
3.3. The Client may withdraw their consent for Direct Marketing at any time by notifying the Company via email at info@obddiags.com, clearly stating their wish to opt out.
3.4. The Client can also opt out of Direct Marketing by clicking the appropriate link in any marketing email received.
3.5. The Client, as a Data Subject, has the right to:

Receive information about their Personal Data processing.

Obtain details about collected Personal Data, its purpose, and recipients over the past year.

Request corrections, deletion, or suspension of Personal Data processing.
3.6. The Company ensures that Personal Data is not provided to third parties except in cases where:

The data is required for the fulfillment of e-commerce transactions with Partners.

Required by Lithuanian laws and regulations.
3.7. Payments in the Online Store are processed via makecommerce.lt (Maksekeskus AS) and paysera.lt (Paysera LT, UAB), and the necessary payment information is shared accordingly.
4. OTHER PROVISIONS
4.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, supplement, or update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
