More Than a Charger

Tornado4000 is a battery charger, maintainer (trickle), desulfator, and DC power supply in one.
In SUPPLY mode, it outputs a steady 13.5 V up to 4 A for onboard devices.

Broad Compatibility & 5 Modes

Works with 6V/12V lead-acid and 12V lithium batteries up to 120Ah.
5 modes: 12V NORM, 12V LI, 12V REP, 12V SUP, 6V NORM.

Stable Power & Voltage Stabilizer

With 13.5V/4A (54 W) output, SUPPLY mode acts as a voltage stabilizer for ECU programming and as a power source for 12V devices (inflators, lamps, fans, etc.).

Desulfation to Extend Life

PWM technology breaks down sulfates in aging batteries, restores internal resistance, and extends service life.

Self-Adjusting Power for Safety

Automatically adjusts charging power based on charger and ambient temperature.

9-Step Smart Charging

Patented 9-Step Smart Charging optimizes, maintains, and repairs lead-acid batteries;
5-step smart charging is applied for lithium batteries.

One-Tap Start & Memory

After selecting a mode, charging starts automatically.
Memory resumes the previous mode after power cycling.

Four Error Indicators

Clearly displays voltage, status, and warnings:

1. Reverse connection / short circuit

2. Bad battery (abnormal voltage rise)

3. Overtime charging (>10 h in a single stage)

4. Overtemperature (>120°C / 248°F)
